Goods purchased from us can be easily and affordably returned via any InPost parcel locker
In our store, you do not have to worry that the selected size will not fit or otherwise fail to meet your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with low-cost returns via InPost parcel lockers, you can shop without stress or worries that returning purchased goods will be a nightmare.
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may send it back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled via a very simple returns wizard, which allows you to send the return parcel back to us via an InPost parcel locker.
We have chosen InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments for the following reasons:

  • Simple return handling to our store - you select the item you want to return or complain about, generate and print the parcel label, and send it from any parcel locker in Poland (please remember that the generated label is valid for 30 days);
  • Convenient locations of more than 4,000 parcel lockers throughout the country, with more constantly being added;
  • Convenient and fast shipment dispatch without queues, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Thanks to our cooperation, you do not have to wait for a courier. You simply print the automatically generated documents and, for example, drop off the parcel at a parcel locker convenient for you on your way to work.

Make a return in 3 simple steps!

1)      Print the form:
Generate return documents together with address labels, and then print them.
2)      Send the parcel:
Place the packed goods together with the return document in a cardboard box and seal it well.
3)      Refund:
You will receive your refund within 14 days of our receiving the return.
 
Details of the return submission steps:
·         Log in to your account and then, in the returns panel, select the item you would like to return;
·         In the following steps, choose the return option by clicking “I will use the store’s shipment option” and selecting the method in which you want to receive the refunded money;
·         Generate the return documents together with the address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
·         Place the packed goods together with the return document in a box intended for shipment and seal it well. You may use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost parcel locker, where you can send the parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the parcel dimensions must not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and the weight 25 kg.
·         We will make the refund, in the form selected in the returns wizard, within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of sending them back.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
