This means the item should not have been worn and must include all accessories and the dust bag. Please note that we do not offer refunds for used products; they will be sent back to you, and no refund will be processed.

To meet the contract withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline.
